Quote, estimate & pricing templates
Price a job before you commit to it. Each sheet multiplies quantities by your unit costs, adds tax, markup or overhead, and shows the total (and deposit, where it applies), so the number you send matches the work. Pick the one closest to your trade, or start from the general job estimate and rename the line items.
Before you start
- Set your own unit costs, tax rate and markup in the input cells before you quote anyone.
- Margin and markup are not the same: a 30% margin needs roughly a 43% markup on cost.
- Save a copy per customer (name and date in the file name) so old quotes stay untouched.
