Columns (grey = calculated for you)

  • Room
  • Item
  • Vendor
  • Estimate
  • Actual cost
  • Markup
  • Status
  • Client price
  • Over / under estimate
  1. Open the Items tab and replace the sample rows with your own — one row per entry. Formulas fill in automatically for new rows.
  2. Add every item with your estimate and markup. Client price uses the actual cost once you enter it, otherwise the estimate.
  3. Over / under turns red when an item comes in over estimate. Filter Room to review one space at a time with the client.
  4. Using Google Sheets? Upload the file to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets (or File → Import in an open sheet). Formulas, dropdowns and highlights carry over.

The file opens locally on your device — nothing is uploaded, and you own the copy outright.
