  • Project
  • Invoice date

  • Product sales
  • Status
  • Invoice total
  1. Open the Invoices tab and replace the sample rows with your own — one row per entry. Formulas fill in automatically for new rows.
  2. Split each invoice into design fee and product sales (with your markup) so you can see which side of the business pays.
  3. Due date turns red when a sent invoice is past due. The Summary tab totals collected and outstanding.
  4. Using Google Sheets? Upload the file to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets (or File → Import in an open sheet). Formulas, dropdowns and highlights carry over.

The file opens locally on your device — nothing is uploaded, and you own the copy outright.
