Columns (grey = calculated for you)

  • Project
  • Client
  • Room
  • Phase
  • Next milestone
  • Due date
  • Status
  • Notes
  1. Open the Projects tab and replace the sample rows with your own — one row per entry. Formulas fill in automatically for new rows.
  2. Track each room as its own row with the next milestone and its due date. Due date turns red when it passes and the row isn't Done.
  3. Filter Status = Waiting on client before client calls; the Summary tab counts rooms by status.
  4. Using Google Sheets? Upload the file to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets (or File → Import in an open sheet). Formulas, dropdowns and highlights carry over.

The file opens locally on your device — nothing is uploaded, and you own the copy outright.
