Columns (grey = calculated for you)

  • Date
  • Vendor
  • Category
  • Amount
  • Deductible share
  • Receipt link
  • Deductible amount
  • Month
  1. Open the Expenses tab and replace the sample rows with your own — one row per entry. Formulas fill in automatically for new rows.
  2. Log every business purchase with a receipt link (a Drive or Dropbox path works). Set Deductible share to 1 for fully deductible costs, 0.5 for meals.
  3. The Tax summary tab groups deductible totals by Schedule C category for year-end. This is record-keeping, not tax advice.
  4. Using Google Sheets? Upload the file to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets (or File → Import in an open sheet). Formulas, dropdowns and highlights carry over.

The file opens locally on your device — nothing is uploaded, and you own the copy outright.
