Columns (grey = calculated for you)

  • Request date
  • Unit
  • Issue
  • Category
  • Priority
  • Vendor
  • Cost
  • Status
  • Due by
  • Days open
  1. Open the Requests tab and replace the sample rows with your own — one row per entry. Formulas fill in automatically for new rows.
  2. Log each request with a priority. Due by sets the response target (1, 3, 7 or 14 days) and turns red when it passes unresolved.
  3. Record vendor and cost when work is done so you can rebill tenant damage and review spend by category.
  4. Using Google Sheets? Upload the file to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets (or File → Import in an open sheet). Formulas, dropdowns and highlights carry over.

The file opens locally on your device — nothing is uploaded, and you own the copy outright.
