Columns (grey = calculated for you)

  • Scheduled
  • Customer
  • Address
  • Work done
  • Parts billed
  • Labor hours
  • Labor rate
  • Invoice #
  • Status
  • Invoice amount
  1. Open the Calls tab and replace the sample rows with your own — one row per entry. Formulas fill in automatically for new rows.
  2. Log each call with notes on the work done and parts billed; Invoice amount adds labor at your rate.
  3. Move Status to Invoiced, then Paid. Scheduled turns red if a call's date passes before it's invoiced.
  4. Using Google Sheets? Upload the file to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets (or File → Import in an open sheet). Formulas, dropdowns and highlights carry over.

The file opens locally on your device — nothing is uploaded, and you own the copy outright.
