Columns (grey = calculated for you)

  • Item
  • Category
  • Supplier
  • Unit
  • On hand
  • Par
  • Weekly usage
  • Unit cost
  • Order qty
  • Stock value
  1. Open the Inventory tab and replace the sample rows with your own — one row per entry. Formulas fill in automatically for new rows.
  2. Count at close on order days. Order qty tells you how much to buy to get back to Par.
  3. Stock value (on the Summary tab) is what is on your shelves at cost; Weekly usage helps you set par levels.
  4. Using Google Sheets? Upload the file to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets (or File → Import in an open sheet). Formulas, dropdowns and highlights carry over.

The file opens locally on your device — nothing is uploaded, and you own the copy outright.
