  1. Open the Inventory tab and replace the sample rows with your own — one row per entry. Formulas fill in automatically for new rows.
  2. Count at the end of each brew week. Set Reorder at to what covers lead time: hops and cans often take 2 to 4 weeks.
  3. Stock value totals raw materials and packaging at cost for month-end COGS.
  4. Using Google Sheets? Upload the file to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets (or File → Import in an open sheet). Formulas, dropdowns and highlights carry over.

The file opens locally on your device — nothing is uploaded, and you own the copy outright.
