Columns (grey = calculated for you)

  • Scheduled
  • Customer
  • Address
  • Issue
  • Tech
  • Charge
  • Status
  • Notes
  1. Open the Calls tab and replace the sample rows with your own — one row per entry. Formulas fill in automatically for new rows.
  2. Log each call with the issue and what you charged; filter Customer to see a customer's full repair history.
  3. Move Status through Done, Invoiced and Paid. Scheduled turns red if a call's date passes and it's still open.
  4. Using Google Sheets? Upload the file to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets (or File → Import in an open sheet). Formulas, dropdowns and highlights carry over.

The file opens locally on your device — nothing is uploaded, and you own the copy outright.
