Columns (grey = calculated for you)

  • Phase
  • Phase fee
  • % complete
  • Previously billed
  • Amount this invoice
  1. Open the Phases tab and replace the sample rows with your own — one row per entry. Formulas fill in automatically for new rows.
  2. Enter each phase's contract fee and its % complete; this invoice bills what's earned minus what you've already billed.
  3. Put reimbursables on their own line at 100% complete. The Summary tab totals the invoice.
  4. Using Google Sheets? Upload the file to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets (or File → Import in an open sheet). Formulas, dropdowns and highlights carry over.

The file opens locally on your device — nothing is uploaded, and you own the copy outright.
