Columns (grey = calculated for you)

  • Client account
  • Platform
  • Monthly budget
  • Spent to date
  • Pacing
  • Daily target (rest of month)
  • Remaining
  • % used
  1. Open the Accounts tab and replace the sample rows with your own — one row per entry. Formulas fill in automatically for new rows.
  2. Paste spend to date from each platform. Pacing compares it with where you should be today: red above 110%, amber below 90%.
  3. Daily target is what each account should spend per day for the rest of the month to land on budget. Adjust daily caps to match.
  4. Using Google Sheets? Upload the file to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets (or File → Import in an open sheet). Formulas, dropdowns and highlights carry over.

The file opens locally on your device — nothing is uploaded, and you own the copy outright.
