  • Days on shelf
  1. Open the Items tab and replace the sample rows with your own — one row per entry. Formulas fill in automatically for new rows.
  2. Tag every item with its source and cost (loan principal for forfeits). Margin shows each item's markup on retail.
  3. Days on shelf goes amber after 90 days; reprice or move those items. Follow your state's hold periods and reporting rules before selling.
  4. Using Google Sheets? Upload the file to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets (or File → Import in an open sheet). Formulas, dropdowns and highlights carry over.

The file opens locally on your device — nothing is uploaded, and you own the copy outright.
