Columns (grey = calculated for you)

  • Unit
  • PM service
  • Interval (miles)
  • Last done (miles)
  • Current miles
  • Interval (days)
  • Last done (date)
  • Next due (miles)
  • Miles left
  • Next due (date)
  1. Open the PM schedule tab and replace the sample rows with your own — one row per entry. Formulas fill in automatically for new rows.
  2. Each PM is a row with both a mileage and a time interval; whichever comes first wins. Use a huge mileage (999999) for time-only items like DOT annuals.
  3. Update Current miles weekly. Miles left goes amber within 500 miles and red when overdue; Next due (date) turns red when the date passes.
  4. Using Google Sheets? Upload the file to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets (or File → Import in an open sheet). Formulas, dropdowns and highlights carry over.

The file opens locally on your device — nothing is uploaded, and you own the copy outright.
