Columns (grey = calculated for you)

  • Asset
  • Location
  • Task
  • Interval (days)
  • Last done
  • Owner
  • Status
  • Next due
  1. Open the PM schedule tab and replace the sample rows with your own — one row per entry. Formulas fill in automatically for new rows.
  2. When a PM is done, update Last done; Next due moves forward by the interval and turns red when it passes.
  3. Life-safety items (fire, generator, backflow) often have legal intervals; keep their certificates with your records.
  4. Using Google Sheets? Upload the file to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets (or File → Import in an open sheet). Formulas, dropdowns and highlights carry over.

The file opens locally on your device — nothing is uploaded, and you own the copy outright.
