Columns (grey = calculated for you)

  • Class date
  • Start
  • Class
  • Instructor
  • Location
  • Seats
  • Booked
  • Price per seat
  • Status
  • Open seats
  • Fill rate
  • Revenue
  1. Open the Classes tab and replace the sample rows with your own — one row per entry. Formulas fill in automatically for new rows.
  2. Price per seat is the drop-in rate; members on unlimited plans count toward Booked but not revenue (adjust if you track them separately).
  3. Fill rate under 40% turns amber; full classes are your cue to add a time slot.
  4. Using Google Sheets? Upload the file to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets (or File → Import in an open sheet). Formulas, dropdowns and highlights carry over.

The file opens locally on your device — nothing is uploaded, and you own the copy outright.
