Columns (grey = calculated for you)

  • Class date
  • Start
  • Class
  • Instructor
  • Seats
  • Booked
  • Price per seat
  • Status
  • Open seats
  • Revenue
  1. Open the Classes tab and replace the sample rows with your own — one row per entry. Formulas fill in automatically for new rows.
  2. One row per class session. Update Booked as sign-ups come in; Open seats shows what is left to sell.
  3. Set Status to Cancelled instead of deleting the row, so you can see which classes fail to fill.
  4. Using Google Sheets? Upload the file to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets (or File → Import in an open sheet). Formulas, dropdowns and highlights carry over.

The file opens locally on your device — nothing is uploaded, and you own the copy outright.
