  • Vendor

  1. Open the Budget tab and replace the sample rows with your own — one row per entry. Formulas fill in automatically for new rows.
  2. Update Actual when contracts are signed; Over / under turns red for categories that came in over estimate.
  3. Final payment due turns red when a vendor payment is late; most finals fall 1 to 4 weeks before the wedding.
  4. Using Google Sheets? Upload the file to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets (or File → Import in an open sheet). Formulas, dropdowns and highlights carry over.

The file opens locally on your device — nothing is uploaded, and you own the copy outright.
