Columns (grey = calculated for you)

  • Date
  • Start
  • Minutes
  • Client
  • Service
  • Artist
  • Status
  • Price
  • End
  • Double-booked
  1. Open the Appointments tab and replace the sample rows with your own — one row per entry. Formulas fill in automatically for new rows.
  2. Minutes sets the appointment length; End and Double-booked update by themselves. Red means an artist is booked twice.
  3. The Summary tab totals price by status, so filter Date for a day's booked revenue.
  4. Using Google Sheets? Upload the file to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets (or File → Import in an open sheet). Formulas, dropdowns and highlights carry over.

The file opens locally on your device — nothing is uploaded, and you own the copy outright.
